Project Architect
- Professional license as an architect (or equivalent experience, training and education)
- Six years or more experience working in a professional office or a construction setting
- Completion of a quality assurance and/or constructability training seminar and full-time participation in at least one formal construction documents QC review
- Ability to evaluate project tasks and determine work effort
- CAD proficient.
- Ability to take charge of project situations and devise solutions
- Ability to manage others (motivate, train and recommend rewards and discipline)
- Ability to understand the theoretical and practical work of engineering and other technical consultants
- Ability to work with contractors, review submittals, and answer RFIs
- Commitment to high ethical standards and customer service
