The Spot Award

Designed as an immediate reward to recognize individual achievement above work expectations.
Staff may be nominated for any of the following considerations:

Client Service - The degree to which client expectations are met, Employee Ownership - An awareness of individual contributions to the success of the Company, Financial Performance - Individual contribution to the profitability of the Firm, affecting the bottom line;
Project Management - Ability to effectively manage projects, Business Development - Ability to identify and develop existing and new marketing opportunities that result in sales, and Project Quality - To attain consistent production of a quality product that meets or exceeds client expectations.

 

Kate Brisbois - February 2008

Kate has shown over the past few months the incentive and work ethic that not only has helped assist in getting projects completed on time…she has volunteered for overtime work during the week and on weekends (even when computers were not working). Her diligent efforts to find and correct computer and CAD issues…and juggle several different projects in a day…she has gone beyond the call of duty. Her efforts are greatly appreciated in the Government Studio as well as her
co-workers in both Ambia offices.  ~ Dave Thomas





Elizabeth Glenn - March 2008

I've been very impressed with the way Elizabeth has taken her role in the Company well beyond her job description. She manages projects, gives focused direction to co-workers, and has been a mentor of sorts for CAD and office operations. She takes the initiative to get projects completed and out the door when people around her have had other obligations or emergencies. Her dedication is evident. It's easy to take her for granted, but I don't want to make that mistake, so I am recognizing Elizabeth with this nomination for the Spot Award. ~ Tom Carver

 

 

 

Rafael Urena - April 2008

Committed, thorough, a team player, detail oriented, exceptional design ability, tenacious, will do what to takes, focused, great attitude, and easy to work with. For all these reasons and his personal traits, I would like to nominate Rafael for his diligent work on Panorama Skilled Nursing Facility to receive this month’s Spot Award. Rafael has provided the leadership for the design and production of the contract documents with a very aggressive schedule. Throughout the process, he has remained on track with a very high level of professionalism.
